John and Nosheet Victor were among the original team of volunteers who saw the need for SATH eight years ago. Since 2000 they have been playing a role as key leaders and managers of SATH, attending training programs in various cities and working consistently for the rights of person with disabilities. When they married in 2008 they made a commitment to carry on working for the rehabilitation and rights of the PWDs in the city of Toba Tek Singh.
